well, in the US he’s part of a “seek-and-find” book series where you’re given a page, like this one, and you have to track down Waldo, who is a white guy wearing a red and white striped shirt.
and somehow he always blends in… It makes no sense!!!!
Think of it as something similar to I Spy, except the only thing you’re looking for is Waldo, not several objects.
